This little boy has tons of personality, feathering and lovely movement and b & w piebald markings. Brody will be an American Drum horse. Drum horses have a lot in common with Gypsy Vanners. This breed (Gypsy Vanners) has its origin in Romania and was first created as a strong-but-short, thick-shouldered breed to pull the vans for the Roma (or "gypsy") caravan wagons (thus the name, "Gypsy Vanners"). If the horses turned out to be too tall, they were sent to Britain to serve in the Queen's army, carrying big kettle drums in parades. Brody will almost without a doubt turn out to be too tall to be a Gypsy Vanner. So he'll be a Drum Horse. A gentle Giant, comparatively speaking. Or, as some have called them, "A Golden Retriever on hooves."
